2026 Adjudicators

Rob is a retired music educator of over 32 years. He has a degree from the University of Toronto in Performance Tuba and a Bachelor of Education, also from U of T. Over the course of his career he has conducted youth and adult ensembles, participated as a guest at music camps, in Canada and abroad, been a clinician and adjudicator at music festivals, and has been featured as a tuba soloist. Rob currently plays with the Hannaford Street Silver Band, The Canadian Staff Band of the Salvation Army and Intrada Brass of Oakville. He is a featured soloist with all of these ensembles. All this being said, he has a unique passion for teaching beginning instrumentalists. Rob finds great joy in starting students on their musical journey to inspire them, and share his love of music.
