2025 Syllabus - Brass
Brass Solo, RCM Levels 1-10, Lists A/B

Competitors own choice of one selection only.
Performance times MUST be included on the entry form.
Memorization is optional but recommended. Bonus points will be award for memorization.
Suitable accompaniment is required. Scores or music part must be given to the adjudicator.
To be eligible for a scholarship, competitors must enter a minimum of two classes and receive a minimum mark of 85.
Da capo and dal segno signs must be played.
Repeats should NOT be played unless otherwise indicated in either the RCM or CC Syllabus.
These classes are for candidates who are studying privately and are following the Conservatory Syllabus.

Brass Ensembles

Competitors own choice of two selections - scores must be original and be into the Adjudicators desk before commencement of class.
Performance times MUST be included on the entry form.
Maximum of 20 minutes includes performance, warm up and set up and take down.
The Final deadline for the Peterborough Kiwanis Music Festival is January 29th, 2025.
Payment should be made by e-transfer an invoice that follows is available for the conductor to submitted to your Board for re-imbursement.
