The Final deadline for the Peterborough Kiwanis Music Festival is January 29th, 2025.
Payment should be made by e-transfer an invoice that follows is available for the conductor to submitted to your Board for re-imbursement.

Performance times MUST be included on the entry form.

Please provide originals scores to the Hall Secretary-Adjudicator table.
Memorization is optional, but encouraged.

Ensemble is defined as 4 or more players.

To be considered for Provincial Finals, competitors must enter a minimum of two same level classes and receive a mark over 85, and be recommended by the adjudicators.

Class:3701 - 1 Year or less experience

2 contrasting selections.
Ensemble should have commenced learning the ukelele.
Scores are required for the adjudicator

Class:3702 - Small Group

Two Contrasting selections.
Time limit of 10 minutes.
Small group up to 10 performers, this could be an advanced group of first year students.
Scores are required for the adjudicator.

Class:3704 - Junior Grades 4-6 Ensemble

Two contrasting selections.
Time limit of 10 minutes.
Scores are required for the adjudicator.
Ensemble should try to play 20% of selection with parts.

Class:3707 - Intermediate grades (7-8) Ensemble

Two contrasting selections.
Time limit of 10 minutes.
Scores are required for the adjudicator.
Ensemble should play in 2 parts for 50% of the work.

Class:3709 - Community Ensemble

Two contrasting selections.
Time limit of 10 minutes.
Scores are required for the adjudicator.
This ensemble could be made up of various school graded students.

Class:3705NC - Non Competitive Ensemble

Time limit 10 minutes.
Two selections are required
Scores are required for the adjudicator.
This school ensemble could be a mixture of students from the school.
